B- IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN:
If you’d like to return a product purchased at one of our boutiques, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase; credits will be issued to the original form of payment. All unused purchases associated with a makeup service, or purchased with a discount, are only eligible for an even return if accompanied by a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
C- DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When your Cybele order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us through WhatsApp or call us on +20 122 666 4793. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
